Zottman Preacher Curl
A variation of the preacher curl where the forearms rotate halfway through the movement.
Instructions
- Sit at a preacher bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand with a supinated grip (palms facing upwards).
- Curl the weights upward until your forearms are vertical.
- Rotate your wrists at the top of the movement to a pronated grip (palms facing downward).
- Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not rotating the wrists fully at the top.
- Using momentum instead of muscle control.
