Wrist Rotations With Straight Bar

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a straight bar with both hands in front of your thighs.
- Keeping your elbows close to your body, rotate your wrists inward and upward until your palms are facing upward.
- Slowly rotate your wrists back to the starting position, with palms facing down.
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too heavy a weight causing improper form.
- Not keeping elbows close to the body during rotation.
- Moving arms instead of only rotating wrists.
