Wrist Circles
A simple exercise to improve wrist flexibility and reduce stiffness.
Instructions
- Stand or sit up straight.
- Extend your arm in front of you, palm facing down.
- Rotate your wrist in a circular motion clockwise for 10-15 seconds.
- Repeat the motion counterclockwise for another 10-15 seconds.
- Switch to the other wrist and repeat the exercise.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using the shoulder instead of the wrist to perform circles.
- Not completing full circular motions.
