World's Greatest Stretch
A stretching exercise designed to target multiple muscle groups and improve flexibility.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position.
- Place both hands on the floor inside your right foot.
- Twist your upper body to raise your right hand towards the sky, keeping your left hand on the floor.
- Hold the stretch and repeat on the opposite side.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining a straight back during the twist.
- Allowing the front knee to extend beyond the toes.
- Failing to engage the core muscles.
- Not holding the stretch long enough to be effective.
