A dynamic exercise targeting core and shoulder strength.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended out to the sides.
- Rotate your torso to the left, lowering your right hand toward your left foot.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight during rotation.
- Bending the knees unnecessarily.
- Not fully extending arms.
