Wide Grip Decline Barbell Pullover

Instructions
- Lay on a decline bench with your head lower than your knees.
- Hold the barbell with a wide grip and extend it above your chest.
- Lower the barbell slowly in an arc behind your head.
- Return the barbell to the starting position by reversing the arc motion.
