Instructions
- Set the decline bench to a comfortable angle and lie down, securing your feet under the pads.
- Grip the barbell with a wide grip, wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Unrack the barbell and lower it towards your lower chest, keeping your elbows flared out slightly.
- Press the barbell back up to the starting position.
