Vertical Swing
A dynamic exercise focusing on strength and coordination by swinging a weight in a vertical arc.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands.
- Engage your core and bend your knees slightly.
- Swing the kettlebell upwards, keeping your arms straight, until it's overhead.
- Control the movement back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Hunching the shoulders during the swing
- Using the arms instead of the hips to drive the movement
- Swinging too fast and losing control
