Upright Barbell Row
The upright barbell row is a weightlifting exercise that targets the shoulders and upper back.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an overhand grip.
- Lift the barbell straight up to your collarbone, elbows out and pointing upwards.
- Lower the barbell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
