Two Arm Kettlebell Military Press

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder level.
- Press the kettlebells overhead until arms are fully extended.
- Slowly lower the kettlebells back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to lift the kettlebells instead of controlling the movement.
- Allowing the lower back to arch excessively.
- Failing to fully extend the arms overhead.
