Two Arm Kettlebell Clean
A dynamic exercise focusing on explosiveness and coordination using kettlebells.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and place a kettlebell in front of you.
- Bend at your hips and knees to grasp the kettlebell with both hands.
- Explosively stand up by extending your hips and knees, pulling the kettlebell upward.
- As the kettlebell rises, rotate your elbows underneath and catch it at chest level in a squat position.
- Stand up tall to complete the movement.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using excessive back strength instead of hips to lift the kettlebell.
- Failing to rotate the elbows under the kettlebell quickly enough.
- Letting the kettlebell swing uncontrolled, instead of keeping it close to the body.
