Two Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl
An exercise focusing on the biceps using dumbbells and a preacher curl pad for support.
Instructions
- Begin seated at a preacher curl station with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing up, and arms extended fully.
- Keeping your back straight, bend your elbows to curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to lift the weights instead of isolating the bicep muscles.
- Not fully extending the arms during the lowering phase of the exercise.
- Raising the elbows off the pad when curling the weights.
