Triceps Stretch
A simple stretch to increase flexibility and reduce tension in the triceps.
Instructions
- Stand or sit up straight and extend one arm overhead.
- Bend the arm at the elbow to bring the hand towards the opposite shoulder blade.
- Use the opposite hand to gently push the elbow for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch arms.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight which can reduce the effectiveness of the stretch.
- Allowing the head to tilt forward or sideways instead of staying aligned with the spine.
