Triceps Pushdown Rope Attachment

Instructions
- Stand upright with the rope attached to the high pulley.
- Grip the rope with both hands, palms down.
- Tuck your elbows in at your sides.
- Extend your arms downwards, keeping elbows stationary.
- Flex your triceps at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the start position with control.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight causing improper form.
- Flaring elbows out instead of keeping them in.
- Leaning forward excessively during the movement.
