Instructions
- Lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air
- Reach your hands toward your toes, lifting your shoulders off the ground
- Return to the starting position
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not lifting shoulders off the ground
- Bending knees too much
- Using rocking momentum instead of core muscles
