Tire Flip
A 200-characters-or-less explanation of the exercise.
Instructions
- Stand facing the tire with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend at the knees and grip the bottom of the tire.
- Explode upwards using your legs and hips to lift the tire.
- As the tire reaches a vertical position, step in and push it forward to complete the flip.
- Repeat as necessary.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending at the waist instead of the knees, leading to back strain.
- Using only arms to lift, rather than the whole body.
- Not stepping in quickly enough, causing loss of balance.
