Thigh Abductor

Instructions
- Sit on the machine with your back against the pad.
- Place your feet on the footrests.
- Release the pin to allow the legs to move.
- Squeeze your legs together, then return to starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Not maintaining control throughout the movement.
- Leaning forward instead of keeping back against the pad.
