T Bar Row With Handle
Perform the T Bar Row exercise using a handle attachment for better grip.
Instructions
- Load the desired weight onto the bar.
- Stand over the bar with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and keep your back straight.
- Using a handle attachment, grab the bar and lift it until your torso is at about a 30-degree angle.
- Pull the handle towards your lower chest, keeping elbows close to your body.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back during the lift.
- Using momentum to lift the weight.
- Not fully extending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
- Allowing the elbows to flare out excessively.
