Instructions
- Hold a plate with both hands at chest level.
- Press the plate straight out in front of you.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the movement.
- Slowly return the plate to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and losing proper form.
- Not maintaining a constant squeeze on the plate.
- Allowing elbows to flare out.
