Instructions
- Adjust the handles to mid-length and get into a plank position.
- Slowly extend your arms forward while keeping your core tight.
- Stop when arms are overhead, then return to start.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing hips to sag during extension
- Reaching too far out
- Bending elbows while extending
