Supine Two Arm Overhead Throw
Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands above your chest.
- Engage your core and keep your lower back pressed into the floor.
- Extend your arms and throw the medicine ball overhead with both hands, as far as possible.
- Catch the ball with both hands and bring it back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not engaging the core, leading to a raised lower back.
- Throwing the ball at an angle, not straight overhead.
- Starting with arms not fully extended.
