Supine Chest Throw
A chest-focused exercise involving a medicine ball, targeting explosive strength and power.
Instructions
- Lie on your back on a flat surface with your knees bent.
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands, elbows bent and the ball at chest level.
- Explosively chest-pass the ball straight up into the air.
- Catch the ball with your arms extended, controlling your arms' movement.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
