A bodyweight exercise focusing on strengthening the lower back, glutes, and shoulders.
Instructions
- Lie face down on the floor with your arms extended in front of you and legs straight.
- Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground as high as possible, squeezing your lower back and glutes.
- Hold the top position for a moment, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Lifting the head too high, causing neck strain.
- Failing to squeeze the glutes and lower back muscles, reducing effectiveness.
- Allowing the legs to be too far apart instead of keeping them close together.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movement.
