Stride Jump Crossover

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Jump up, crossing one leg in front of the other.
- Land softly, immediately jumping again and crossing legs in the opposite direction.
- Continue alternating for the desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining a brisk pace, leading to loss of rhythm.
- Landing with locked knees instead of soft knees.
- Failing to maintain balance when switching legs.
