Straight Arm Pulldown

Instructions
- Arrive at a cable machine and attach a straight bar to the high pulley.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grasp the bar with palms facing down and hands shoulder-width apart.
- Step back and lean slightly forward, keeping the arms straight and elbows soft.
- Pull the bar down to your thighs while keeping your arms straight, squeezing your lats.
- Slowly return the bar to the start position without leaning backward or bending elbows.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending the elbows during the movement.
- Leaning back instead of standing firm.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movement.
- Not fully extending at the top of the range.
- Lifting too much weight and breaking form.
