Star Jump

Instructions
- Start in a standing position with feet together and arms by your side.
- Jump up while spreading your legs and lifting your arms above your head to form a star shape.
- Land softly back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not landing softly, which can lead to injury.
- Failing to extend arms and legs fully to form the star shape.
