Standing Towel Triceps Extension
An exercise using a towel to enhance tricep engagement through overhead extension.
Instructions
- Hold a towel in both hands above your head with your elbows close to your ears.
- Keep your arms straight and slowly bend your elbows to lower the towel behind your head.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Flaring elbows too wide.
- Arching the lower back excessively.
- Using momentum to lift the towel rather than controlled movements.
