Standing Pelvic Tilt

Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Engage your core and tilt your pelvis forward.
- Hold for a few seconds before tilting backward, returning to neutral.

- Over-arching the back.
- Forgetting to engage the core.
- Locking the knees.
