Standing Palm In One Arm Dumbbell Press
A shoulder exercise that targets the deltoids using a single dumbbell and presses with the palm facing inwards.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- Keep your palm facing inward towards your torso.
- Press the dumbbell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell back to your shoulder.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to lift the dumbbell instead of controlled movement.
- Not keeping the core engaged for stability.
- Allowing the back to arch excessively.
