Standing Overhead Barbell Triceps Extension

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping a barbell with both hands.
- Extend the barbell overhead, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
- Lower the barbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Once your forearms are parallel to the floor, press the barbell back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Flaring elbows out wide instead of keeping them close to the head.
- Arching the back excessively during the movement.
- Using too much weight, leading to improper form.
- Failing to fully extend the arms at the top of the movement.
