Standing One Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Isolate and strengthen your triceps with this effective standing dumbbell exercise.
Instructions
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- Lift the dumbbell overhead, fully extending your arm.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending the elbow, making sure not to let the upper arm move.
- Extend your arm back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch arms.
