Standing Military Press

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the barbell with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Lift the barbell to shoulder height with your palms facing forward.
- Press the barbell overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the barbell back to shoulder height with control.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back excessively during the press.
- Using too much weight and sacrificing form.
- Flaring elbows too wide.
- Not using full range of motion.
- Neglecting to engage the core.
