Instructions
- Stand facing the pulley with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handle with one hand, palm facing up.
- Position your upper arm close to your body.
- Extend your arm downward by contracting your triceps.
- Pause briefly at the bottom before returning to the starting position.

- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Allowing the elbow to flare out.
- Using body momentum instead of isolating the triceps.
