Standing Long Jump

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and swing your arms back.
- Jump forward as far as possible, landing with both feet together.
- Try to maintain balance upon landing.

- Not bending knees enough before jumping
- Incorrect arm swing technique
- Uneven landing on feet
- Lack of balance on landing
