Standing Hip Flexors

Instructions
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Lift one knee toward your chest while keeping your back straight.
- Hold the position for a moment, then return to starting position.
- Repeat with the other leg.

- Raising the knee insufficiently.
