Instructions
- Stand up straight with feet together.
- Bend at the hips to reach toward your toes.
- Keep your back straight as far as you can go.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
- Slowly come back to standing position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending the knees during the stretch.
- Rounding the back too much.
- Not holding the stretch long enough.
