Standing Front Barbell Raise Over Head

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an overhand grip.
- Keep arms fully extended to lift the barbell frontward and upward over the head.
- Pause briefly at the top of the motion.
- Gradually lower the barbell in a controlled manner to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to swing the barbell instead of lifting with shoulder muscles.
- Arching the back during the lift.
- Raising the barbell too quickly without control.
- Not fully extending the arms overhead.
