Standing Dumbbell Upright Row

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Lift the dumbbells straight up to your chin while keeping them close to your body.
- Pause at the top of the lift, then slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.

- Lifting too much weight causing poor form or risk of injury.
- Using momentum to lift the weights instead of controlled muscle movement.
