Standing Dumbbell Press
A shoulder exercise that involves pressing dumbbells overhead while standing.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and dumbbells in hand at shoulder height.
- Brace your core and press the dumbbells overhead until arms are fully extended.
- Lower the dumbbells back to starting position with control.
