Standing Bradford Press

Instructions
- Begin standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the barbell with a wide grip.
- Lift the barbell over your head, stopping just above shoulder height.
- Lower the barbell slowly behind your head to just above shoulder height.
- Return the barbell to the starting position without locking your elbows.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Failing to maintain a stable core position during the lift.
- Locking elbows completely at the end of each lift.
