Standing Biceps Stretch

Instructions
- Stand up straight with both arms extended out to your sides at shoulder height.
- Rotate your wrists so that your palms are facing upwards.
- Gently pull your arms back until you feel a stretch in your biceps.
- Hold for 15-30 seconds, then release.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the arms parallel to the floor, which reduces the effectiveness of the stretch.
- Overextending the arms backward causing strain.
- Failing to keep wrists properly rotated.
