Squat With Plate Movers

Instructions
- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate with both hands.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and knees aligned with your toes.
- Extend your arms forward as you move the weight plate away from your chest.
- Hold the squat position briefly before returning to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Leaning too far forward during the squat, which can strain the lower back.
- Allowing the knees to cave inward during the squat.
- Lifting the heels off the ground when lowering into the squat.
