Spider Crawl
A dynamic exercise that improves flexibility and core stability by mimicking the movement of a spider crawling.
Instructions
- Start in a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Bring your right foot forward beside your right hand, dropping your hips downward.
- Slowly and gently, alternate sides by moving your left foot forward beside your left hand.
- Continue alternating movements, maintaining a low position close to the ground.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing the hips to rise too high.
- Focusing too much on speed instead of form.
- Not keeping the core engaged throughout the movement.
