Speed Box Squat
This exercise focuses on explosive strength and speed, enhancing lower body power.
Instructions
- Set up a box at a height that allows your thighs to be parallel to the ground when sitting.
- Stand in front of the box with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body quickly until you touch the box with your glutes, maintaining control.
- Immediately explode upwards to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.

- Not using a proper box height, leading to improper form.
- Failing to maintain control when lowering onto the box.
- Not exploding upwards quickly enough, reducing effectiveness.
