Speed Band Overhead Triceps
A triceps-focused exercise using bands to enhance strength and speed.
Instructions
- Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point.
- Face away from the anchor point, holding the band with both hands.
- Lift your arms overhead, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
- Extend your arms straight out, then slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing elbows to splay out.
- Leaning forward or arching the back excessively.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
