Instructions
- Stand with feet hip-width apart under the barbell on the Smith machine.
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip and stand tall, engaging your core.
- Unlock the bar and lower it slowly by pushing your hips back while keeping your legs slightly bent.
- Lower the bar to mid-shin level, maintaining a straight back.
- Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward and straightening your legs.

- Rounding the back during the lift.
- Locking the knees completely.
- Using too much weight, causing improper form.
