Smith Machine Reverse Calf Raises

Instructions
- Set the safety stops on the Smith machine.
- Position yourself so that only the balls of your feet are on the edge of the platform.
- Lower your heels as far as possible.
- Raise your heels above the platform as high as you can, contracting the calves.
