Smith Machine One Arm Upright Row
Perform a focused upright row using the Smith machine to isolate one side at a time.
Instructions
- Set the Smith machine bar to your waist height.
- Stand next to the Smith machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the bar with one hand using an overhand grip.
- Keep your elbow slightly bent and lift the bar to shoulder height, leading with your elbow.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position with a controlled motion.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
