Smith Machine Incline Bench Press

Instructions
- Place a bench at an incline position underneath the Smith machine.
- Lie back on the bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Unlock the bar and lower it to your chest.
- Push the bar back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the recommended number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Letting the bar fall too quickly, risking injury.
- Not keeping the elbows aligned during the lift.
- Arching the back excessively during the press.
- Using too much weight leading to compromised form.
