Sled Row
A strength-building exercise performed using a sled and aimed at developing back muscles.
Instructions
- Attach a rope or handles to a sled.
- Stand facing the sled, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab the rope or handles with both hands, keeping your arms extended.
- Bend your knees slightly and engage your core.
- Pull the sled towards you using a rowing motion, leading with your elbows.
- Walk backward as you pull the sled until it reaches you.
- Reset and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back while pulling.
- Using too much momentum instead of controlled motion.
- Leaning too far back during the pull.
- Not engaging the core properly.
